  • Helios Lighting is a rugged, durable and portable lighting system.

  • It is stand alone, rechargeable and capable, if properly serviced used and maintained, of at least 10 years usage.

  • It removes the need for cables in the working environment.

  • The light system comes in three variants, two of which give 8 hour shift length working and one which gives twice the light for 4 hours where extreme illumination is needed.

  • Mains and vehicle chargers, cradles and tripods for high level mounting complete the range.

  • Shift Length (8hr) Lighting

  • Both the HEL301 (Flood) and the HEL310 (Tilley) will illuminate for at least 8 hours, and after that time can be placed back on charge using the intelligent charging system that has no fire risk and can be left charging indefinitely in complete safety.

  • As the lamp approaches a fully charged condition, a small trickle charge will keep it topped up as necessary. 

 Emergency Lighting

  • Any of the units can be locked into a cradle (docking station) by use of a mains powered low voltage (12 or 24 VDC) electromagnet which will prevent removal whilst mains power is present.

  • The lamps can remain switched on at all times but because of it’s connection to the intelligent charger system, the bulb will not illuminate.

  • Being on charge from the mains at all times, the units will automatically be fully charged if at any time the mains fail.

  • When the mains fail for any reason, two things will happen instantaneously:

  1. The electromagnet will unlock the lamp from it’s docking station.

  2. The bulb will illuminate, due to the charger circuit being interrupted.  The fully charged lamp will then be able to be used as an emergency light for 4 or 8 hours minimum.
